In order to confirm client’s reservation, Rainbow require 75% deposit payment at the time of making your booking. Failure to do so will result in your reservation automatically being cancelled. The balance of payment is due 12- weeks (90 days) prior to the commencement date of your itinerary. At the same time booking made within 8 weeks to 4 weeks, prior to departure are subject to full prepayment at the time of reservation confirmation.

Cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival date shall be subject to 50% and 30 days prior to arrival date shall be subjected to 75% and 3 weeks is subject to 100%.

VARIATION; Rainbow reserve the right to change the RATE without prior notice, in the event of any unforeseen change to the government or legislated changes or National Park Fees.

Clients are welcome to settle payment on presentation of our invoice and it’s the client’s responsibility to inform and instruct their bankers that the net invoice amount must equal the amount clearing into Rainbow account and that all BANK charges are for the client’s account.

Once the money is transferred, it’s client’s responsibility to send the copy of bank transactions through our email address. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Airport arrival passengers –Rainbow representative will have your names on a notice paper/ pager. If you spot him/her, kindly introduce yourself and he /she will direct you to the bus. Or, At 06h30am:  Report at the waiting area outside the Airport Arrival Main building, or wait at Karibu Cafeteria restaurant, once you spot the Rainbow Shuttle Bus ( it will have blue/white colors on the right/left hand side door ),  the driver/or representative will have your

Names on his manifest,  booked/paid  

And he/she will direct you to your seat.

Sometimes the representative might be there earlier and will have your names on a pager.

DO NOT PAY for the shuttle again as we will not be able to get any refund from them and advice he/she That SHUTTLE has been pre- paid by your travel agent / Rainbow.

DO NOT ENTERTAIN BROKERS trying to sell you a SHUTTLE ticket or accept false information that there is no SHUTTLE,

Shuttle rates are a flat rate based on customers being 100% ready to load at scheduled pickup time.
Residential pickups will be given a 5 minute grace period, after that wait times will be charged @ hr, in 15 minute increments.
Rates are based on one pickup and one drop-off per reservation. Multiple pickups and/or drop-offs are subject to additional fees.
Requested stops must be scheduled into the reservation at least 48 hours ahead. This includes Duty Free stops.
Driver gratuity is not included in the rate. You may request to have the gratuity added to the cost of your service or you can pay the driver directly.


Our standard method of payment is cash. We require a deposit to hold all reservations.

Customs/Immigration Delays:

Delays related to passenger documentation/incomplete documentation will be charged $40hr. after the first 10 minutes, in increments of 15 minutes.
If you know ahead of time that you may be stopped at the border, please notify us of such and so that we may build this time into your service.
There is no charge for random vehicle inspections or traffic delays at the checkpoint.


There is a 24 Hr advance notice cancelation policy.
Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to verification and may be charged the full fare.
If you do not cancel a reservation within the established time frame the full fare will be charged.

Flight Delays

It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate flight information. Rainbow Shuttle and Car Hire, tracks incoming flights and is willing to adjust pickup times to accommodate delayed/changed flights, as long as contact is made by the customer beforehand.
Any passenger that cannot be contacted 30 minutes after the flight is confirmed landed will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged the full fare amount.

Limitations of Liability:

Pick up times are approximate. Rainbow Shuttle will not be liable for missed flights due to travel delays, poor road conditions and or weather conditions, accidents or other conditions beyond its control.

 Any expenses incurred as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections are the sole responsibility of the passenger. 

Lost Items:

Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items.

Any charges incurred in returning a left behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner.


Many bags look alike. Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each passenger. Upon reaching your destination, please check to see that you have retrieved all your belongings and each bag is, indeed, yours.
We are not responsible for marks, scratches, broken handles or other damage associated with normal use, wear and tear of luggage.

Unruly Passengers:

In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the driver’s mind is unruly or disruptive.
This includes those under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who are incapable of taking care of themselves, or whose condition, conduct or behavior may be objectionable to other passengers.
